In this article, you will learn how to set up the automation email to send your own emails to customers with a PDF file attached.
When the order is created, refund created and order is fulfilled, the Shopify emails will be sent automatically with the invoice/ packing slip download link.

Email Automation Settings

The number of emails and Plan Limit are available

Email attached PDF file to the customer when order is created, refund is created or order has been fulfilled

You can edit email for each template: Invoice, Refund, or Packing Slip

PDF file name, email’s subject, email message are possible to be edited by changing Variables
