Getting started: Enabling the feature
The Meta Tags section is located on the left sidebar, under META TAGS OPTIMIZATION. To start using this feature, you need to click the Edit button on the top of the page and then Enable the feature to access all of the customization options.

There are 4 meta tags configuration sections for you to select: Homepage, Product, Collection and Blog Post. For each category, you have two choices of meta tags configuration: Let the App decide or Create your own template.
There is a sample preview section on the right of the form where you can preview the search result of your page for every change you made.
Optimize homepage meta tags
If you choose Let the App decide, your homepage title will be displayed as your shop name and the home page description will be similar to the page description you have in your Shopify settings.

On the other hand, you can choose to Create your own template and customize the title and description as you wish.

Optimize product page meta tags
If you choose Let the App decide, your product page title will be the product title (product name) and the product page description will be set as the product description in your Shopify store.

Another option is to select Create your own template and insert more elements for the title and description by selecting the buttons below, which include shop name, product title, product description, product vendor and product type.

Optimize collection page meta tags
If you choose Let the App decide, your collection page title will be the collection title and the collection page description will be the collection description in your Shopify store.

You can also choose to Create your own template and insert more elements for the title and description by selecting the buttons below, which include shop name, collection title, and collection description.

Optimize blog post meta tags
If you choose Let the App decide, your blog page titles will be the article title and the blog page description will be the article content.

You can insert more elements for the title and description, including shop name, article title, article content and article author, when you choose Create your own template and select the corresponding buttons below.
