Account Section

Select the accounts you want to associate with each category.

Important variants:

  • Product Sales: Account used for products on sales receipts
  • Product Tracking Inventory: Default inventory asset account for items in Shopify
  • Product Expenses: Default expense account use for items in Shopify
  • Payment Deposit: Record payment received for on sales in Shopify
  • Payment Refund

Click Save

Payment Section

Mapping your payment account from Shopify to QuickBooks by choosing these selections below

Click Save

Order Section

Select the Shopify order statuses from which the app will retrieve sales to sync into your Accounting system.

(e.g. Depending on the nature of your business, you may want to also sync sales in the Pending or Partially Paid statuses)

Click Save

Synchronize & Tax Agency

Matching tax rate from Shopify to QuickBooks. Choose your tax agency in tax compliance, then click Save

You also can automatically sync after a period of time, based on your current plan (1-3 days). Select Auto-Sync to enable/disable your automatic syncing process.
