Once you’ve installed the app on your Shopify store, head to your Admin Dashboard > Apps > Order Printer: PDF Invoice
Navigate to the Home section, click to the Go to settings page management button
Tick to choose options. You can choose all of these 2 options below depends on your needs
- Allow admins to print PDF billing documents from the Shopify orders page
- Allow customers to print PDF orders in their account pages or orders confirmation page
You can check your current plan in the Account section. You can also upgrade your plan to explore more amazing features from us. We have a 7-day trial for all the paid plans.
Choose the default template of PDF invoice that you want to let your customers print it out. You can also create a new one by clicking Create new template
Fill your business information in these blank fields to view it in PDF billing documents. (The information will be automatically generated from here)
Email PDF Invoice (Integration)
When the order is created, refund created and order is fulfilled, the Shopify emails will be sent automatically with the invoice/ packing slip download link. Check out the article How to insert the PDF Invoice link on the Shopify Email Order Notification? to learn how to set it up
