Global recommendations
You can enable the Global recommendations feature, then add products. The chosen products will show up in every recommendation.
You can check the other way to set up recommendations: Automatic recommendations, Random recommendations. For Random recommendations, you can set how recommended products will be filtered, including: collection, type, vendor, or not filter.
Change the number of recommended products by specify No. of Products
